Got a simple gel manicure with French tip. All though the French tip looked nice my nails don’t even look cleaned up after only a day. I went on Friday and now they look beat up. She started with a drill for my manicure then didn’t push or clean cuticle good because they look rough now. She didn’t clean under my nails either. Felt rushed. Left a photo from Friday to Sunday.

I’ve been going here for a year now. I love the owner!!! Every time I come in, I request for her because she is really patient and always does a great with exactly how I want my nails. My best and I have been coming here for a long time and it is our go to place in San Francisco when we need our nails for special events or just our monthly nail spa HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

BEST NAIL SALON IN THE BAY!!!! As a busy lawyer in the Bay , it can be hard for me to find a quality salon that is clean and convenient. I love it so much and everyone here is so so kind. Just perfect service every time, seriously! Gel selection is amazing. They do amazing waxing too!!! Located upstairs next to the movie theater!

This five star rating is for Vivian! I recommend her! She was absolutely amazing. I was ready to walk out because the lady doing my nails completely messed up on them- made them way too short and they were all different lengths. So Vivian completely took them off and redid them. She was kind and sweet. Her attention to detail is off the charts. If you want a design on your nail she CAN DO ANYTHING! If you go her ask for her!

This is the best nail salon I've ever frequented and I am in my 40s - I've been to a TON of nail salons in many different cities. They are so nice and treat my daughter (who LOVES custom nails) with such respect. I love a good pedicure and they do such a good job plus have great massage chairs. My daughter's nails are truly next level. Vivian is an artist. I can't believe what she can do - it's truly a gift. And she always makes my daughter feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone who works here is so kind - we always have the best time when we go!

My second time here and both have been amazing experiences. They are all very sweet and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was still pleased. I got exactly what I wanted both times and my nails lasted until I was ready to take them off. I will definitely be coming back
